Jérusalem : Un cimetière profané

Plusieurs tombeaux d’un cimetière de Jérusalem ont été vandalisés attristants ainsi, les responsables chrétiens de Church Missionary Trust Association Ltd, une organisation anglicane. Donnant les détails, les responsables de l’Église ont relevé que les croix ont été brisées et 30 sépultures abîmées dans ce cimetière protestant du mont Sion, adjacent à Jérusalem.

Informée, la police israélienne a ouvert une enquête pour comprendre les faits et situer les responsabilités. Dans une vidéosurveillance du 1er janvier 2023, l’on découvre deux hommes portant la tenue traditionnelle des Juifs orthodoxes en train de lancer des pierres et de renverser des stèles.
