La tension monte en Cisjordanie où l'armée israélienne multiplie les opérations. Quatre Palestiniens ont été tués, ces deux derniers jours, dans les territoires occupés où l'armée israélienne a également détruit des maisons.
Officiellement, l’armée israélienne mène « des opérations antiterroristes » en Cisjordanie occupée. Ce terme est utilisé par l’État hébreu pour qualifier sa lutte contre la résistance palestinienne. Depuis plusieurs semaines, les forces d’occupation israélienne multiplient les interventions à la suite d’une série d’attaques contre des civils en Israël, certaines perpétrées par des Palestiniens.
À chaque incursion de l’armée d’occupation dans une localité palestinienne, les soldats israéliens essuient des jets de pierres et de cocktails Molotov. Face à cela, l’armée reconnaît répliquer « à balles réelles ». Trois Palestiniens ont été tués lors de ces affrontements. La quatrième victime de cette semaine est une journaliste palestinienne.
